Processing Times
- For Collections: Orders placed for collection will be processed within 24 to 48 hours. Please wait for a confirmation message before visiting your preferred branch.
- For Deliveries: Processing times may vary based on product availability. Please note the following:
- Standard Processing: If the item is in stock in our warehouse, we can typically process your order within the estimated timeframe.
- Sourcing from Outside the Province: Some orders may take 2-4 business days to process, especially if the product needs to be sourced from outside the province.
- Restocking Soon Orders: Orders marked “restocking soon” may have a slightly longer processing time while we await replenishment of the item.
Collection and Delivery Guidelines
- Collections: During checkout, please specify your preferred branch for order collection. Some products may have longer processing times and may only be available for delivery.
- Deliveries: We use a reliable courier service for all deliveries. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Gauteng and surrounding provinces: 1-2 business days after processing
- Other provinces: 2-4 business days after processing
Please note that once your order is handed over to the courier company, we are not responsible for any delays or failed deliveries. Failed deliveries may be returned to our branch of origin.
Shipping Costs
- A standard shipping fee of R200 applies to all orders.
- Free shipping is available for orders exceeding R5000.
- Please note that standard shipping and free shipping do not apply to oversized parcels (e.g., poles, standing cabinets, office furniture). Additional shipping charges may apply to such orders.
Additional Shipping Fees
In certain cases, additional shipping fees may be charged for deliveries to addresses in dangerous or high-risk areas. We will notify you of any such charges before shipping your item.
